Warranty Information

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of first consumer purchase.

Connecting and Powering On

1. Attach the base to the display using screws and a screwdriver.

2. Tie cables together using the cable clamper.

3. For wall mounting, remove the base and attach a UL-listed bracket.

4. Connect the display to a power outlet and press the power button on the remote or display.

Basic Operation

Use the side panel controls or remote to navigate menus, select sources, adjust volume and channels.

Menu Navigation: Press MENU to open/exit. Use Navigation Ring (up/down/left/right) to select and OK to confirm.

Source Selection: Press INPUT or SOURCE button to cycle through inputs like TV, AV, COMP, HDMI/PC.

Volume and Channels: Use VOL +/- and CH +/- buttons.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptoms Items To Check And Actions To Follow
"Ghost" or double image when using the tuner
  • Obstruction to antenna (high buildings/hills). Use directional antenna.
No power
  • Check AC power cord connection.
  • Unplug and replug the display after 60 seconds.
  • Ensure antenna connection is secure.
No picture
  • Check for station broadcast problems by trying multiple channels.
  • Adjust contrast and brightness.
  • Check Closed Caption settings.
Good picture but no sound
  • Increase volume.
  • Confirm display is not muted.
Good sound but poor color
  • Adjust contrast, color, and brightness settings.
Poor picture
  • Poor quality may occur when connecting S-VHS camera/camcorder with another peripheral simultaneously. Switch off one peripheral.
Snowy picture and noise when using the tuner
  • Check antenna connection and signal.
Presence of a horizontal dotted line
  • May be caused by electrical interference. Power cycle the equipment.
Display not responding via the remote control
  • Check and replace remote batteries if necessary.
  • Clean the remote control sensor lens.
  • Use side panel buttons if necessary.
  • Ensure remote is set to TV mode.
