Getting Started: Place the base near power and telephone sockets, at least 1 meter away from other appliances. Connect the base to power and the telephone line. Charge the handset for at least 24 hours initially. Replace the standard antenna with the long-range antenna for extended outdoor range. Adjust volume during calls. Lock the keypad to prevent accidental dialing.
Using the Phone: Make and answer calls, use hands-free, and access the phonebook and calls list. Internal calls and 3-way conference calls are supported.
Settings: Customize handset and base ringtones, volumes, names, and display options. Set date and time manually or via Caller ID.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Solution
Icon not scrolling during charge Check battery contact. Battery is full.
No dialling tone Check connections. Reset phone. Charge batteries. Move closer to base. Use correct line cable. Connect line adaptor.
Poor audio quality Move base at least 1 meter away from electrical appliances or metal structures.
.l icon is blinking Register handset to base. Move closer to base.
No ring tone Check if ring tone is deactivated. Increase volume. Check Caller ID service.
Phonebook entry cannot be stored Phonebook is full. Delete an entry.
No display Recharge or replace batteries. Disconnect and reconnect base power supply.
Unable to register another handset Maximum number of 11 handsets reached. Unregister a handset.
Noise interference on radio or television Move base or charger further away.
Privacy Policy
