Warranty Information

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year for consumer products and ninety days for accessories.

Power up Camera Unit: Connect the power adapter to the Baby Unit and a power outlet. Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the "ON" position. Charge for at least 16 hours for the first use.
Setup for Wi-Fi Internet Viewing:
- Download the "Hubble for Motorola Monitors" App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Install the app and follow instructions to create an account and connect your Wi-Fi® Camera.
- Log in to your account on your smartphone, tablet, or PC (via https://app.hubbleconnected.com/#login) to view the live camera stream.
Pair Camera Unit with Parent Unit:
- Press the menu button on the Parent Unit.
- Navigate to the "+" add menu.
- Select the desired camera number and press OK to search.
- Press and hold the PAIR button on the Baby Unit until the Parent Unit finds it.

Exclusions

Normal Wear and Tear: Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded.
Batteries: Only batteries with capacity below 80% or leaking batteries are covered.
Abuse & Misuse: Defects from improper operation, storage, misuse, accident, neglect, physical damage, contact with liquids, extreme heat, commercial use, or abnormal conditions are excluded.
Use of Non-Motorola branded Products and Accessories: Defects from using non-Motorola products or accessories are excluded.
Unauthorised Service or Modification: Defects from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification by unauthorized personnel are excluded.
Altered Products: Products with removed/altered serial numbers, broken seals, evidence of tampering, mismatched board serial numbers, or non-conforming housings are excluded.
Communication Services: Defects due to communication service or signal issues are excluded.
