Refrigerator Overview: This manual provides operating instructions for the Mitsubishi Electric Refrigerator-Freezer MR-B42S. It covers installation, control panel usage, compartment settings (Refrigerator, Freezer, Vegetable, Ice Making, Versa), and special features like HIKARI Supercool Freezing and AUTO Shelf.

Key Features:

  • Non-Freon Refrigerant: Uses isobutane and cyclopentane, which are environmentally friendly.
  • Revolving Shelf: Allows easy access to items at the top and innermost positions.
  • HIKARI LED & Filter: Sterilizes and deodorizes cold air.
  • AUTO Shelf: Height-adjustable shelves without removing food.
  • HIKARI Supercool Freezing: For preserving hot foods while keeping them tasty.
  • Soft Freezing: For convenient food preservation, allowing food to be cut easily.

Installation & Operation: Proper installation requires adequate space for ventilation and a level surface. Connect to a dedicated power outlet. The refrigerator takes time to cool down after initial power-up. Food should be placed inside only after the compartments have cooled.

Maintenance: Regular cleaning of the ice maker components (water tank, ice tray, pipes) is recommended to ensure hygiene and optimal performance. The manual also details how to remove and clean various parts of the refrigerator.
