Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Power can not be turned on. Check power cord connection, air inlet/outlet grilles, and lamp cover. Press POWER button. If STATUS indicator is steady red, replace lamp. Ensure lamp cover is attached. Unplug and contact dealer if issues persist.
No image appears on the screen. Cancel AV mute. Check lens cap removal, lamp lighting time. Ensure fans have stopped if recently powered off. Clean intake vent, check lamp cover, check cables. If STATUS indicator is orange, vents may be blocked. If red, lamp may need replacement or may have deteriorated. Check Auto Power Off setting.
Images are not displayed correctly.
  • Wavy images: Secure cables, keep away from interference, adjust keystone carefully.
  • Hue/Tint incorrect: Check Computer Input setting, cable connection. Tints may differ between projectors or compared to TV/monitor.
  • Motion areas not displayed: Caused by the computer; contact manufacturer.
  • Obscured images: Match computer resolution with projector resolution. Avoid keystone adjustment if texts appear obscured. Flicker may occur during power-on or certain adjustments.
  • Twitching images: Set Auto Keystone to Off or lower volume.
Others
  • Exhaust vents emit warm air: Normal cooling function.
  • No audio output: Check volume, Audio Input, and HDMI audio output settings (PCM).
  • Menu unusable: Noise may be causing microcomputer issues. Power off, unplug, wait 10 minutes, plug in, power on.
  • "Temperature!!" displayed: Ambient temperature is high. Relocate projector, ensure vents are clear.
  • ▲ mark: Ineffective operation. Check batteries, remote control sensor exposure, and operating range.
  • Remote control issues: Check batteries, avoid direct sunlight/fluorescent light on sensor, use within range and at least 10cm away.
  • Fans sound during standby: Normal operation when Standby Mode is LAN, Speaker Out, or Monitor Out.
  • Abnormal sound: Metallic sounds may occur due to color wheel spin, not a malfunction.
If problem occurs after lamp replacement:
  • Check lamp cover security. Reset lamp operating time.
