- Loading the Laundry: Unfold laundry and load loosely into the drum. Mix large and small items for better results and load distribution. Efficient use of energy and water is achieved with a full load, but avoid overloading to prevent creases and reduced cleaning efficiency.
- Selecting a Programme: Use the programme selector or the "Further programmes" function to choose the desired wash cycle. Indicator lights show the selected programme.
- Selecting Temperature and Spin Speed: Adjust the suggested temperature and spin speed using the respective buttons.
- Selecting Extras: Add optional functions like "Short", "Stains", or "Further extras" by pressing the appropriate buttons. Not all extras are compatible with every programme.
- Delay Start: Set a delayed start time for the programme, from 15 minutes up to 24 hours, to take advantage of off-peak electricity rates.
- Adding Detergent: Dispense the correct amount of detergent into the appropriate compartments of the drawer. Too little can lead to poor cleaning, while too much can cause excessive foam and higher water consumption.
- Starting the Programme: Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin the selected programme.
- Turning Off: The machine switches off automatically after programme completion or after a period of inactivity.
Troubleshooting and error codes
