Switching on the machine
Press the button until the button's LED lights up. The display will then show the Miele logo and model information. Once ready for operation, the display shows the last selected program. If it's the first use or after factory settings reset, basic parameters like language and date need to be set.Switching off the machine

To save energy, the machine automatically switches off if not used for a specific period. Use the button to switch it back on.Ready for operation (standby)
In standby mode, the machine is switched on, the button flashes, and the time is displayed. Pressing any button reactivates the machine. Standby can be enabled/disabled in the settings.Display interface
The machine is controlled via menus displayed on the 3-line control panel. The current selection is highlighted.Menu operation
Use the settings button to access menus. Arrow buttons navigate within menus; press and hold to scroll. The OK button confirms selections or saves input. The Cancel button (back arrow) can abort a process before OK is pressed, without saving changes.Troubleshooting and error codes
