Refer to the Maintenance and Service chapter for details on handling, cleaning, and maintaining the unit.
Press DISPLAY to show playback information (title, chapter, time, audio, subtitle, angle). Information varies by disc type and status.
Use the SETUP menu to adjust picture, sound, and language settings. Press SETUP to enter/exit the menu. Press to go to the next level, and to go back.
Press DVD on the remote. Press SETUP to access the Setup menu. Use navigation buttons (/) to select options, to move to sub-menus, and ENTER/OK to confirm.
Insert tape, press POWER, then press to play. Use PAUSE/STEP for still pictures, FORWARD/ for fast search, and to resume playback. Press STOP to end.
Insert tape, select programme number, press AV to select input if needed. Press REC/ITR to start recording. Press PAUSE/STEP to pause/resume. Press STOP to end.
Insert tape with protection tab. Access REC menu. Select PR SET, then program number, date, start/end times, and recording speed (SP, IP, LP). Press ENTER/OK to save.
