| App locks up phone | Restart in Safe Mode: Press and hold the Power button. When Power off option appears, press and hold it, then tap OK. Your phone restarts in Safe mode. Remove the app. To exit Safe Mode, restart your phone. |

| Software update issues | Ensure enough battery power. Download updates over Wi-Fi for large files. Updates may not be available in all countries. |
