Instructions for assembling the Mobile Lead Porta-Shield:

Unscrew bolts and setscrews. Note: Do not unassemble if the shield and arm are attached, or if the inner rod is within the outer rod.
Clear obstructions in pipes.
Place caster wheels into the base. This can be done by inverting the base and pushing the caster shafts into the beam holes.
For the rod assembly:
- Place a hand-tight nut onto the filler. Position the curved side onto the inner rod and slide the assembly into the outer rod.
- Slide the push pin into the inner rod opening and lower the inner rod until the pin rests on the outer rod.
- Slide the tether onto the hand-tight bolt and tighten by rotating the bolt into the nut.
Place the outer rod into the base. Loosen the allen lock nut to allow the bushing to slide. Insert the outer rod, slide the bushing up, and tighten the outer rod allen set screw.
Place the lead shield onto the arm using six bolts, washers, and lock nuts. Ensure the bolt head is on the floor side and the lock nut/washer on the arm side.
Place the inner rod into the arm. Loosen the allen set screw, place the arm, then tighten the set screw to secure it to the inner rod.
Adjust height: Loosen the hand-tight bolt, adjust height, slide the push pin into the desired holes, loosen the hand-tight bolt again to lower the inner rod onto the push pin, and finally tighten the hand-tight bolt.
