Daily Use

To operate your dryer:

  1. Turn the programme selector to the desired programme or to LIGHT ON to switch the machine on.
  2. Open the loading door by pushing against it and load your laundry. Ensure no items are caught in the seal.
  3. Close the door securely until it audibly locks.
  4. Select the programme. The estimated end time will be shown on the display.
  5. Adjust dryness level (MIN, MED, MAX) if needed.
  6. Set spin speed if the laundry was spun in a washing machine.
  7. Options like LONG ANTI-CREASE, BUZZER, and DELAY START can be selected using their respective buttons.
  8. Press START PAUSE to begin the drying cycle.
  9. To add or remove items, open the door, make changes, close securely, and press START PAUSE to resume.
  10. When the cycle is complete, a blinking "0" will appear. Remove laundry, clean filters and water container, then turn the selector to OFF.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible cause Solution
Dryer does not start. Appliance is not plugged in. Plug in the appliance.
Fuse has blown or is faulty. Check the fuse and replace if necessary.
Loading door is not closed securely. Close the loading door securely.
Programme has not been selected. Select a programme.
START/PAUSE button has not been pressed. Press the START/PAUSE button.
Dryer stops during operation. Power failure. Wait for power to be restored. The programme will continue.
Overheating. The dryer will switch off automatically. Remove laundry and allow to cool. Check fluff filters and ensure adequate ventilation.
Laundry is not dry. Drying programme or dryness level is incorrect. Select a more intensive drying programme or increase the dryness level.
Too much laundry loaded. Reduce the load size.
Fluff filters are dirty. Clean the fluff filters.
Condensate tank is full. Empty the condensate tank.
External drain is blocked (if applicable). Check and clear any blockages.
Shrinking of laundry. Incorrect programme selected. Use a programme suitable for the fabric type. Check care labels.
Drying temperature too high. Use a programme with a lower temperature setting.
Unpleasant smell. Drying unwashed laundry. Do not dry unwashed items.
Drying items soiled with volatile substances. Do not tumble dry items in contact with inflammable solvents. Ensure such items are washed thoroughly.
Appliance is noisy. Transit bolts not removed. Remove all transit bolts.
Appliance is not level. Adjust the feet to level the appliance.
Drum is not rotating. Internal fault. Contact the Service Centre.
