Switching on your unit

1. Ensure the thermostat control dial is at position 0 before connecting to the mains supply.
2. Adjust the dial to the desired position (higher number = lower temperature). Positions 2, 3, or 4 are recommended for normal room temperatures (16°C-43°C).
3. Note that performance may vary in extreme temperatures or with frequent door opening.
4. Wait 24 hours after switching on before filling with food to ensure adequate cooling.
5. A special fridge/freezer thermometer can be used to verify the internal temperature (0-8°C recommended).

Adjusting the temperature

The thermostat controls the internal temperature. Use positions 1-4 for colder environments (winter) and 5-7 for hotter environments. Adjust based on your environment.

Noises inside the unit!

Unusual noises are often normal and caused by refrigerant circulation or compressor motor. This does not indicate a fault.
