Switching on your unit: Connect the mains cable. Use the electronic control panel to set the fridge (2-8°C) and freezer (-16 to -22°C) temperatures. Allow 24 hours for the unit to reach the correct temperature before filling with food. For temperature checking, use a special fridge/freezer thermometer.
Mode Button: Press repeatedly to cycle through ECO, Holiday, Super Freeze, and User Defined modes.
ECO Mode: Saves energy. Fridge temperature automatically sets to 5°C, freezer to -18°C.
Holiday Mode: For periods away. Fridge temperature sets to 17°C. Do not store food in the fridge.
Super Freeze Mode: Quickly lowers freezer temperature. Switches off automatically after 26 hours.
Lock/Unlock: Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds to lock/unlock the keypad.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit does not operate Unit is not plugged in or is switched off. Ensure the unit is plugged in and switched on.
Compressor is not running Unit is not plugged in or is switched off. Ensure the unit is plugged in and switched on.
Interior light does not operate Bulb has blown or the door is not open. Ensure the door is open. Contact a qualified service agent to change the bulb.
Unit is not sufficiently cool Door is not closed properly or is frequently opened. Ensure the door is closed properly and limit door openings.
Temperature is set incorrectly. Adjust the temperature settings.
The unit is too close to a heat source. Move the unit away from heat sources.
Unit is overloaded with food. Remove some food.
Excessive condensation or frost Door is not closed properly or is frequently opened. Ensure the door is closed properly and limit door openings.
The seals are dirty. Clean the door seals.
Unusual noises Normal operation - circulation of refrigerant. This is normal and does not affect performance.
