Basic Operation:
- **Preheating:** Preheat the oven to the desired temperature before cooking.
- **Cooking Modes:** Utilize Normal Convection (oven burner), Forced Convection (oven burner + fan), Radiation (grill burner), or Ventilation (fan only for defrosting).
- **Grilling:** Always grill with the oven door ajar.
- **Timer:** Use the 60-minute mechanical timer for acoustic warnings.
- **Cleaning:** Disconnect from power before cleaning. Clean interior with mild detergent and warm water. Enamelled parts with soapy water. Stainless steel with appropriate cleaner.
