COOKING HOB

The hob has 6 burners: a triple-ring, two semi-rapid, a rapid, and two auxiliary burners. Control knobs are numbered and correspond to specific burners. Gas is controlled by turning the knob to off, full on (maximum rate), or minimum rate. Ignition is electric, or manual with a match/lighter. Pan diameter should match or exceed burner size. Always center pans and adjust flame to not lick the sides. Special grille is required for woks on the triple-ring burner.

MULTI-FUNCTION MAIN OVEN

Offers 7 cooking functions controlled by a thermostat and selector knob. Functions include: Oven Light, Traditional Convection Cooking, Grilling, Defrosting Frozen Foods, Hot Air Cooking, Ventilated Grill Cooking, Thawing and Warming Up, and Convection Cooking with Ventilation. Preheat oven when necessary. Always use oven gloves and be cautious of hot doors.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Has 3 heating elements: top, bottom, and grill. Functions include: Oven Light, Traditional Convection Cooking, and Grilling. Similar to the multi-function oven, preheating and caution with hot surfaces are advised.

ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMER

Allows for 24-hour clock, timer (up to 23h 59m), automatic, and semi-automatic oven cooking. Buttons control timer, cooking time, end of cooking, manual/cancel functions, and time adjustment. Illuminated symbols indicate programming status and errors.
