Cooking Hob Operation:
- Control hob burners using gas taps.
- Adjust flame from minimum to maximum using knob indicator.
- Ensure pans are centrally positioned and have appropriate base diameter.
- Deep fat frying: do not overfill pan, never leave unattended, and do NOT use water on fire.
Oven Operation:
- Use Function Selector Knob for Hot Air Cooking, Grilling, or Defrosting.
- Use Thermostat Knob to set temperature (50-225°C).
- Oven door and internal parts become hot; use oven gloves and keep children away.
- Timer can be set up to 120 minutes; manual shut-off is required.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Disconnect power before cleaning.
- Clean enamelled and stainless steel parts with mild, non-abrasive cleaners.
- Burners can be removed and washed; ensure they are dry before reassembly.
- Do not use harsh abrasives on oven door glass.
