Cooking Hob Operation:

  • Control hob burners using gas taps.
  • Adjust flame from minimum to maximum using knob indicator.
  • Ensure pans are centrally positioned and have appropriate base diameter.
  • Deep fat frying: do not overfill pan, never leave unattended, and do NOT use water on fire.

Oven Operation:

  • Use Function Selector Knob for Hot Air Cooking, Grilling, or Defrosting.
  • Use Thermostat Knob to set temperature (50-225°C).
  • Oven door and internal parts become hot; use oven gloves and keep children away.
  • Timer can be set up to 120 minutes; manual shut-off is required.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Disconnect power before cleaning.
  • Clean enamelled and stainless steel parts with mild, non-abrasive cleaners.
  • Burners can be removed and washed; ensure they are dry before reassembly.
  • Do not use harsh abrasives on oven door glass.
