Warranty Information
Husqvarna warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for specified periods.
- General Operation: Read and understand manual, keep hands/feet clear of moving parts, only allow responsible adults to operate, clear area of objects, be aware of bystanders, never carry passengers, avoid mowing in reverse unless necessary, look behind when backing, never direct discharged material toward anyone, stop blades when crossing gravel.
- Slope Operation: Mow up and down slopes, watch for holes/ruts, use low ground speed, do not mow on wet grass, keep machine in gear going downhill, avoid starting/stopping/turning on slopes, keep movements slow and gradual, use extra care with attachments, do not try to stabilize by foot, do not mow near drop-offs.
- Children: Keep children out of mowing area, be alert and turn off machine if child enters area, look behind/down for small children when backing, never carry children.
- Towing: Use hitch designed for towing, follow manufacturer's recommendations for weight limits, never allow children or others on towed equipment, use caution on slopes.
- Service: Extinguish ignition sources when handling gasoline, use approved containers, never refuel with engine running, allow engine to cool before refueling, never fuel indoors, store away from open flames, never fill containers in vehicles, remove equipment from trailer before refueling, keep nozzle in contact with fuel tank opening, do not use nozzle lock-open device, change clothing if fuel is spilled, never overfill fuel tank.
- General Service: Never operate in a closed area, keep nuts/bolts tight, never tamper with safety devices, keep machine free of debris, clean oil/fuel spillage, allow machine to cool before storage, stop and inspect if foreign object is struck, never make adjustments/repairs with engine running.
