Starting and Stopping:

  • Start the dust extractor by pressing the green button on the electrical cabinet.
  • Stop the machine by pressing the red button located below the start button.

Functionality:

  • The machine vacuums and separates dry, non-combustible dust.
  • Dust-laden air is drawn in, slowed by a cyclone to separate coarse particles, and then filtered.
  • The machine is designed for filter cleaning by reverse air pulse.
  • Separated dust accumulates in a cyclone and drops into a plastic bag when the machine is switched off.

Filter Cleaning:

  • Cover the inlet, build vacuum for 4-5 seconds, then quickly push and release the key five times, allowing vacuum to rebuild between each.
  • Uncover the inlet after motor stops.

Dust Storage:

  • Uses a Longopac system or regular plastic bags for dust collection.
