  • Powering On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn the camera on/off. The camera may auto-off after a set idle time.
  • Capturing Photos: In Capture Mode, compose your shot using the LCD. Press the shutter button halfway to focus and adjust exposure, then fully to take the picture.
  • Using Modes: Navigate through modes like Capture, Video, and Playback using the MODE button. Scene modes offer pre-set camera settings for various shooting conditions.
  • Playback: Use the Playback mode to view photos and videos. Navigate through them using the navigation controls.

Although it is set to auto focus, it does not focus. The lens is dirty.
The distance to the subject is smaller than the effective range.
