The HWF2-COM Commercial Fire Communicator replaces a fire panel's POTS communication path with internet or cellular capabilities. It connects to a fire panel's DACT and offers three reporting paths: Cellular only, IP only, or IP primary/cellular backup. The PowerBoost1 module monitors and reports AC power loss and low battery conditions. All signals are sent to Honeywell's AlarmNet Network Control Center for routing to the central station.

Installation involves mounting the unit, connecting power and communication lines, and programming the communicator. Key steps include determining signal strength, mounting and wiring, programming via AlarmNet 360 website or a programming tool, registering with AlarmNet, configuring the fire panel, and testing the system.

Registration BAD Timed OutDisplayed if no response to the registration request is received.
Registration BAD Pri Sub ID BADIndicates the city, central station, or customer number for the labeled account(s) is not accepted. The ID information was either entered incorrectly, or the central station failed to pre-authorize programmed ID numbers with AlarmNet customer service.
Registration BAD 2nd Sub ID BADIndicates the city, central station, or customer number for the Secondary account is not accepted. The ID information was either entered incorrectly, or the central station failed to pre-authorize programmed ID numbers with AlarmNet customer service.
Registration BAD Pri&Sec - IDS BADDisplayed when both primary and secondary subscriber IDs are invalid.
Registration BAD Pri ID - Need PINDisplayed if this is a repair/replacement, or an error was made in programming the Primary account information of the communicator for an existing account.
