Power Supply Unit (PSU)
The Galaxy Power RIO is a power supply unit consisting of a Power Block and a Control Unit with an on-board RIO. It is designed to be integrated with Galaxy Dimension control panels.
Key Features:
- Provides power to the system.
- Includes 8 zones and 4 outputs.
- Can be used to overcome power issues with distant RIOs.
- Supports various battery capacities (1x 7Ah minimum, 2x 17Ah maximum).
- Features built-in battery testing and deep discharge protection.
Installation Notes:
- Requires connection to a 230/240V a.c. mains supply via a fused outlet (max 3A fuse).
- Mains cable must be three-core with earth insulation.
- Power up by applying mains first, then momentarily short LK10 for battery start-up.
