| Printer does not power on | Power cable is not connected. | Connect the power cable to the printer and a grounded outlet. |
| Printer does not feed media | Media is not loaded correctly. | Reload the media according to the instructions in Section 3. |
| Print quality is poor | Printhead is dirty or damaged. | Clean the printhead. If the problem persists, replace the printhead. |
| Wireless connection fails | Incorrect SSID or security settings. | Verify the SSID and security settings in Appendix B. |
