Power: Press the 'POWER' button to turn the unit on or off. The cooler starts automatically at medium speed, then switches to low. Fan/Speed: Cycle through speeds (High, Medium, Low) by repeatedly pressing the 'FAN OR SPEED' button. Cool: Press 'COOL' to activate cooling. The indicator light illuminates, and the water pump operates. Cooling begins once the honeycomb media is wet. Swing/Ionizer: Press 'SWING' to activate oscillating louvers. 'IONIZER' cleans the air by removing pollutants. Sleep (CL30XC): Randomly varies airflow between High, Medium, and Low. Heat (CHL30XC): Press 'HEAT' to turn on the heater, with adjustable levels (Low/High). The fan runs for 3 minutes after heat is turned off to cool the element. Timer: Set an automatic shut-off timer for up to 8 hours. Room Cooling and Humidifying: Adjust the 'Water Regulator' from 'MIN' (less evaporation, reduced cooling) to 'MAX' (maximum evaporation, improved cooling). Remote Control: Functions include Power, Speed, Cool/Fan, Swing/Ionizer, Timer, Sleep (CL30XC), and Heat (CHL30XC). Fill Water: Unplug before refilling. Open the Water Fill Door and fill the tank up to the Max level mark. Ensure water is above the minimum level for 'COOL' function.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Humidity output minimal to none Water is below minimum water level in water tank. Turn off the unit. Follow instruction to fill the water tank with clean water.
Water pump is damaged. Replace the water pump according to the procedure 2.2.
Dust filter is dirty or has residue. Clean or replace filter.
Water color yellowish at initial use Color fasts from honeycomb filter. This is natural. After several use, the water color will be clean.
Abnormal noise inside the product Noise of water pump when water not up to min water level. Turn off the product. Add water, and then turn on the product again.
Motor or blower problem. Turn off and unplug the product or change the main motor according to the procedure 2.4.
Remote control not working Signal path is obstructed Clear signal path
No battery or low battery in the remote control unit. Check battery
Musty or unpleasant odor Stale or stagnant water in water tank. Drain, flush and clean water tank
Media mildewed or clogged. Replace media according to the procedure 2.1.
Not cooling Pump is not turned on. Check the water level and turn on the pump by pressing COOL button on the control panel.
Low or no water. Replace the water pump according to the procedure 2.2.
The unit does not throw warm air Heating element not working Check if the HEAT function is ON. Press HEAT button and check the control panel indicator. If the control panel does not show the LED icon for heat, possibly the PCB or heater element may be damaged.
