- Power: Press the POWER button to turn the TV on or off.
- Volume: Use the VOLUME up (▲) or down (▼) buttons to adjust the sound level.
- Mute: Press the MUTE button to temporarily turn off the sound. Press again or VOLUME UP to restore.
- Channel Selection: Use the CHANNEL buttons to select channels. For channels 1-9, enter '0' first. For channels 100+, use the '100' button. Channel up/down arrows also work.
- AVX (Input Selection): The AVX button cycles through antenna signal and three video input jacks (VIDEO 1, VIDEO 2, VIDEO 3).
- Recall: The RECALL button displays information like channel, stereo status, on/off timer, and time. It can also clear on-screen displays.
- Menu and Setup: Press MENU to access on-screen display features. Use CURSOR buttons to navigate and ENTER to select or adjust functions like Closed Captioning, Initial Setting, Picture, Sound, and Timer Set.
- Antenna Input (35TX50B/35TX59K): The ANT button switches between VHF/UHF and AUX antenna inputs. The screen display color indicates the selected input (Green for VHF/UHF, Yellow for AUX).
