| "TAPE" appears in the viewfinder. | Have you moved the camera/recorder or cassette from a cold place to a warm place so that its temperature changed abruptly? If the temperature has changed, remove the cassette and set the Operate switch to OFF, then wait for about one hour. Remove the cassette and then try to reinsert; remove it several times. If the indication is still shown in the viewfinder, use a cleaning tape to clean the heads and replace the cassette. |
| Optical link does not operate. Noise appears in the picture played back via the optical receiver. | If there is any obstacle between the AV optical receiver and camera/recorder no signal can be transmitted from the camera/recorder to the AV optical receiver. Check the location of the camera/recorder and the position where the AV optical receiver is installed. Refer to pages 34 ~ 36 for details. |
