- Recording: Start recording immediately after stopping playback without needing to find blank portions. New recording will not overwrite previous data.
- Playback: Immediately play back desired recorded scenes without rewinding.
- Printing: Use DPOF to set photos for printing on an SD memory card or MultiMediaCard.
- Movie Creation: Use Disc Navigation to delete, move, and arrange scenes to create original movies.
- Editing: Easily edit scenes on DVD, which is difficult with tape. Create an original movie by playing back scenes and dubbing to a VCR.
- DVD Creation: Create original DVDs on a PC using the provided software.
