Before Using the Appliance: Read the manual carefully, keep pets away, and ensure the machine is installed by authorized service. Use only for domestic purposes as specified by clothing manufacturers. Remove transportation screws before operation. Store packaging materials safely. Maintain ambient temperature between 15-25°C. Ensure clothes do not contain foreign substances. Perform the first wash with detergent in a 90° Cotton program without laundry.

General Warnings: Do not leave detergent or softener exposed to air for long periods. Unplug and close the water tap if the machine is not used for a long time; leave the door ajar to prevent odors. Some water may remain after quality control tests. Keep packaging and small parts away from children. Use pre-wash programs only for very dirty laundry. Never open the detergent compartment when the appliance is running. Unplug in case of breakdown and contact service. Do not exceed the maximum laundry load. Never force the door open when the machine is running. Avoid washing floury or very dusty clothes. Adhere to detergent/fabric conditioner manufacturer advice. Ensure the door can open completely and the machine is in a well-ventilated area.

Troubleshooting and error codes

FAULT POSSIBLE CAUSE TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Excessive foam is formed in the detergent drawer. Excessive amount of detergent used. Press Start/Pause. Mix softener with water and pour into the detergent drawer. After 5-10 mins, press Start/Pause again. Adjust detergent dose for future washes.
Unsatisfactory washing result. Wrong detergent used. Use detergents specifically for automatic washing machines.
The contamination degree of your laundries does not match the programme you have chosen. Select a programme appropriate for the contamination level of your laundries.
Amount of detergent used insufficient. Adjust detergent based on laundry amount and contamination degree.
Laundry in excess of maximum capacity put in your machine. Load machine within its maximum capacity.
Unsatisfactory washing result. Water being hard. (Contaminated, lime water etc.) Adjust detergent based on the detergent manufacturer's instructions.
Laundry distributed in your machine unevenly. Spread laundries evenly in the machine.
The end of water discharging hose is too low for the machine. Set the water discharging hose at an appropriate height.
No water appears in the drum during washing. No fault. Water is in the unseen part of the drum.
Laundries have detergent residues on them. Non-dissolving particles of some detergents may stick to your laundry as white spots. Perform an extra rinse with the "Rinsing" programme, or clean spots after laundry dries.
Grey spots appear on the laundries. The reason for such spots may be oil, cream or ointment. Apply the maximum amount of detergent instructed by the manufacturer in the next wash.
Spinning operation is not performed or runs late. No fault. Unbalanced load control system has been activated. The system will try to spread laundries. Spinning will begin after spreading. Place laundry in a balanced fashion next time.
E01 The door of your machine is left open. Close the machine door. If the fault persists, turn off, unplug, and contact the nearest authorised service.
E02 The water pressure or the water level inside the machine is low. Turn on the tap. If the problem continues, the machine will stop. Unplug, turn off tap, and contact nearest authorised service.
E03 The pump is faulty or pump filter is clogged or electrical connection of the pump is faulty. Clean the pump filter. If the problem persists, contact the nearest authorised service.
E04 Your machine has excessive amount of water. Machine will discharge water by itself. Turn off, unplug, turn off tap, and contact nearest authorised service.
