Power Supply: Connect the washing machine to a power supply (220V to 240V~/50Hz). Refer to INSTALLATION section for details.
Water Connection: Check water inlet cleanliness and clarity. Turn on the tap.
Preparing Laundry: Sort clothes by fabric type and dirt level. Pay attention to care labels. Separate whites from colors. Empty pockets and remove hard objects. Use a wash bag for delicates. Close zippers, fasten hooks, and ensure buttons are secure. Place sensitive items in a wash bag. Unfold large items. Turn jeans and printed items inside out.
Loading the Appliance: Load laundry piece by piece. Do not overload. Leave about six inches of space between the load and the drum top. Close the door carefully, ensuring no laundry is pinched.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Cause Solution
CLr FLER Drainage error, water is not fully drained within 6 minutes. • Clean pump filter.
• Check drain hose installation.
E2 Lock error. • Shut the door properly.
E4 Water level not reached after 12 minutes. • Make sure that tap is fully opened and water pressure is normal.
E8 Water protective level error. • Drain hose is self-syphoning.

F3 Temperature sensor error. • Contact the After sales service.
F4 Heating error. • Contact the After sales service.
F7 Motor error. • Contact the After sales service.

Unb Unbalanced load error. • Check and balance laundry load in the drum.
• Reduce the load.
Washing machine fails to operate. • Programme is not yet started.
• Door is not properly closed.
• Machine has not been switched on.
• Power failure.
• Child lock is activated.
• Check programme and start it.
• Close the door properly.
• Switch the machine on.
• Check power supply.

Washing machine will not be filled with water. • No water.

Operation stops before completing wash cycle. • Water or electric failure. • Check power and water supply.

• Choose the detergent acc. to the degree of pollution and according to manufac-ture specifications.
• Reduce loading.
• Loose the laundry.
Washing powder residues are on the laundry. • Insoluble particles of detergent can remain as white spots on the laun-dry. • Perform extra rinse.
• Try to brush the points from the dry laundry.
Laundry has grey patches. • Caused by fats such as oils, creams or ointments. • Choose an other detergent.
• Preheat the laundry with a spe-cial cleaner.
