Chapter 1: Before Using the Appliance

Read the user's manual carefully. Use the machine domestically as it is designed for this purpose. Keep pets away. Check packaging and the machine for damage before installation. Only use authorized service for installation. Do not operate if the appliance is intended for people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised. Remove transportation safety screws before first use to avoid vibration and malfunction. Do not use extension cords or damaged sockets. Handle the plug carefully when unplugging and avoid wet hands. Ensure proper ventilation. Do not keep flammable liquids nearby and avoid products with solvents. Remove foreign objects from laundry pockets. Machine must be carried by 2 people or more. Keep children away from the machine and packaging materials. Detergent and maintenance materials can be poisonous.

Chapter 2: Overview of Your Device

Familiarize yourself with the electronic display, program knob, upper tray, detergent drawer, drum, and pump filter cover. Also, note the location of transportation safety screws, water inlet valve, discharging hose, and power cable. Technical specifications include operating voltage, frequency, total current, water pressure, total power, maximum dry laundry capacity, spinning revolution, program number, and dimensions.

Chapter 3: Installation

Remove transportation safety screws. Adjust the feet for stability. Connect the electrical supply and water inlet hose. Ensure the water discharge connection is at an appropriate height.

Chapter 4: Introduction of Control Panel

Learn about the detergent drawer, program selection options, and the electronic display functions.

Chapter 5: Preliminary Preparation for Laundering

Separate laundry, load the machine appropriately, add detergent, and select programs. Utilize auxiliary functions and child lock as needed. Learn how to cancel and finish programs.

Troubleshooting and error codes

FAULT POSSIBLE CAUSE TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Excessive foam is formed in the detergent drawer. Excessive amount of detergent used. Press on Start/Pause button. To eliminate foam formation, mix a spoon of softener with half litres of water, and pour the mixture in the detergent drawer. After 5-10 minutes, Press on Start/Pause button again. In your next washing operation, Adjust the detergent dose accordingly.
Wrong detergent used. Use detergents produced only for automatic washing machines in your machine.
Unsatisfactory washing result. The contamination degree of your laundry does not match the programme you have chosen. Select the programme appropriate for the contamination degree of your laundries. (See programme table)
Amount of detergent used insufficient. Adjust the amount of detergent based on the amount and contamination degree of your laundries.
Laundry in excess of maximum capacity put in your machine. Load your machine with laundries, amount of which will not exceed maximum laundry capacity.
Unsatisfactory washing result. Water being hard. (Contaminated, lime water etc.) Adjust the amount of detergent based on the instruction of detergent manufacturer.
Laundry settled in the machine unevenly Spread your laundry in the machine evenly.
As soon as the machine is loaded with water, water discharges. The end of water discharging hose is too low for the machine. Set the water discharging hose on appropriate height. (**)
No water appears in the drum during washing. No fault. Water is in the unseen part of the drum.
Laundry have detergent residues on them. Non-dissolving particles of some detergents may stick to your laundry as white spots. Perform an Extra rinse by setting your machine to "Rinsing" programme, or clean the spots using a brush after your laundry dry.
Grey spots appear on the laundry. The reason for such spots may be oil, cream or ointment. Apply the maximum amount of detergent instructed by the detergent manufacturer in the next washing operation.
Spinning operation is not performed or runs late. No fault. Unbalanced load control system has been activated. Unbalanced load control system will try to spread your laundries evenly. Spinning operation will begin after your laundry is spread. Place the laundry in the machine in a balanced fashion the next time.
