Prior first use: Remove packaging, clean interior, wash fittings, and heat the oven to 250°C for 30 minutes to remove any residual smells. This initial heating may produce smoke and a peculiar smell, which is normal and will disappear.

Electronic programmer: Allows setting time, cooking time, and end of cooking time. Use buttons to adjust values and the "MODE" button to switch between functions. The display shows current time, cooking time, and end time.

Semi-automatic operation: Set oven function and temperature, then cooking time or end time. The oven will start and stop automatically.

Automatic operation: Set both cooking time and end of cooking time for the oven to switch on and off at specific times.

Mechanical timer: For setting cooking times from 10 to 120 minutes. Turn the knob clockwise to set time, select function and temperature.

Oven functions: Various heating modes are available, including Full Grill, Fan Grill, Circular heater Fan, and Bottom/Top element heating. Ensure the oven door is closed when using the grill.

Cleaning: Clean the oven after each use once it has cooled down. Avoid abrasive cleaners and steam cleaners. Steam cleaning can be performed using water and a specific procedure.
