First Use

Clean the oven thoroughly with soap and water. Heat the oven for 30 minutes at maximum temperature to eliminate residual manufacturing oils. Clean accessories with a hot alkaline solution.

Using the Flat Grill

To remove, pull towards you, lift, and pull upwards. To insert, slide at a 45° angle until it locks, then lower horizontally.

Using the Perforated Tray

Used for steam cooking, positioned on the flat grill with its support.

Important Notes

The set of 6 Gastronorm trays is an accessory available on request. The drip tray catches food drips during cooking.
