Operation Summary
Turning On/Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LCD screen turns on or blank.
Adjusting Volume: Use the Up/Down buttons to increase or decrease speaker volume.
Changing Channels: Press Menu, then Up/Down to select a channel from 1-8, and press PTT to confirm.
Transmitting: Press and hold the PTT button, speak into the microphone (5 cm from mouth), and release PTT when finished.
Monitor: Press and hold Menu and Down to check for weak signals.
VOX: Press Menu 4 times, use Up/Down to set sensitivity (0-3), and PTT to confirm.
Channel Scan: Press Menu 5 times, then Up/Down to scan channels, CTCSS, or DCS.
