Operating the Console Drawer

  1. Remove the rubber stabilizer if not already done.
  2. Push down the latch lever and pull out the Console Drawer until it clicks. Ensure screws are tight.
  3. Push up the LCD lock, grasp the handle, and open the monitor.
  4. Turn on the monitor power using the POWER button.
  5. Turn on the power for each connected server.

Adjusting the Monitor

  1. Press the Menu button to open the menu.
  2. Select the item to adjust using the ▼ and ▲ buttons.
  3. Switch between adjustment screens using the ❍ button.
  4. Change setting values with the ▼ and ▲ buttons.
  5. Apply settings and return to the menu screen with the ❍ button.
  6. Press the Menu button again to close the menu.

Troubleshooting and error codes

No monitor display The AC cord is not connected to the electric outlet or to the switch device. Connect the AC cord.

Poor screen quality (Faded images, blurred characters, etc.) Connection/cable is defective Confirm the connector connection.

Window shifts or does not display when switching Wrong resolution Adjust the resolution or use the monitor function

Cannot go into Auto Scan Mode Device enters Hot Key Mode The device goes into Hot Key Mode, press the number key (0).
Cannot go into Hot Key Mode Wrong key Press the number key (0).
First level are the number keys (1 through 8).
Second level are F1 through F8.
The auto scan switch cycle is abnormal. The switch cycle has not been adjusted. (The default value is 10 seconds.) Use the cursor keys (↑ and ↓) to adjust it.
Operation stops after a period of normal operation. Connection has been disrupted. Check the connections and the restart.
The switcher is hung up. Press the reset switch.
A problem has occurred at the server. Correct the problem at the server.
Cascaded connections are not recognized. A problem has occurred at the switcher. Press the reset switch. (Both the slave and the master)
