Warranty Information
Electrolux provides a limited warranty for parts and labor for one year, with extended coverage for specific components.
- Installation: Place near a grounded outlet, ensure adequate air circulation (3 inches on all sides), and level the unit.
- Temperature Control: Factory preset, but adjustable. Turn towards COLD-EST for colder temperatures.
- Cool Down Period: Allow 4 hours for the freezer to cool completely before loading food.
- Loading: Freeze no more than 3 pounds of fresh food per cubic foot at a time.
- Care and Cleaning: Clean interior and exterior with mild detergent and warm water. Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasive pads. Unplug before cleaning.
- Vacation/Moving: For short vacations, leave the freezer running. For long vacations, remove food and unplug. When moving, disconnect power, remove food, secure items, and transport upright.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Light Bulb is Not On. | Check if bulb is burned out or if there is no electrical current reaching the freezer. |
