Freezer is too warm. Adjust temperature to a colder setting. Ensure food is allowed to cool before placing inside. Ensure appliance is set up correctly. Check that contents are not obstructing cooling vents. Ensure door is not held open or opened too frequently.
Food is freezing in the refrigerator. Adjust temperature to a warmer setting. Ensure fruit and vegetables are stored in the crisper and not near cooling vents.
Unable to change temperature settings. Refer to function guide. Ensure user interface is in "awake" mode.
Motor noise (compressor). This is normal. The variable speed compressor and fan adjust speed based on cooling needs.
A clicking noise heard just before the compressor starts. This is normal due to the automatic temperature control switching the compressor on and off.
Occasional gurgling, similar to water boiling. This is normal as refrigerant flows through the system.
Airflow noise. This is normal. High efficiency fans circulate air, and fan speed may increase during heavy usage or hot weather.
Rattling and other noises. Ensure cabinet is level and stable. Check that nothing is touching the appliance. Ensure contents are not vibrating.
Excess moisture build up in crisper. Ensure the crisper is not over packed. Adjust crisper humidity slides.
Crisper bin cannot be removed. Check for interference with door bins or stabilizer bar retainer clips. Ensure drawer alignment.
Freezing items in the crisper. Adjust temperature to a warmer setting.
Appliance will not run Ensure cord is plugged into a live outlet and switched on. Check circuit breaker/fuse. Appliance may be in defrost mode.
Compressor motor seems to run too long Normal operation runs 40-80% of the time. Expect more run time during warmer conditions or after installation/temperature changes.
The exterior of the appliance is warm or hot to touch Normal, heat is transferred from inside to outside.
User interface will not respond Ensure it is awake mode. Check if locked. If frozen, turn off for 5 minutes. Check Sabbath Mode settings.
Alarms sounding Ensure doors are fully closed. Check over-temperature alarm (hot food), drinks timer, or filter replacement alert.
Frost build up Ensure doors are fully closed and not opened too often. Check that return air vents are not blocked. Ensure seals are clean.
Odours Interior may need cleaning. Store food correctly in sealed containers. Check for old or unusual food.
Lights not working Ensure cord is plugged into a live outlet and switched on. Check circuit breaker/fuse. Check Sabbath Mode settings. LED lights dim/turn off after a period if the door is left open.
Freezer door pops open. Normal re-closing. If it stays open, tilt appliance backwards slightly.
Self close not working. Check if appliance has self-closing hinges. If door stays open, tilt appliance backwards slightly.
Door not sealing properly Ensure nothing is preventing the door from closing. Ensure crisper/freezer bin is closed completely. Refit if required. Ensure appliance is set up correctly.
Door difficult to open and close If difficult just after closing, this is pressure equalising and will resolve in a few minutes.
Ice maker does not produce ice or not enough ice Ensure unit is plugged in and switched on. Ensure water is connected and turned on with no kinks. Ensure ice maker is switched on via UI. Check water filter status and flow rate. Check freezer compartment temperature. Turn unit off/on. Check for obstructions.
Ice has bad odour or taste Cover food to prevent absorption of foreign odours. Check water filter status. Clean interior/ice bin. Discard stale ice monthly.
