Warranty Information

Proof of purchase is required for any call-out during the guarantee period.

  • Setting the clock: Plug in the oven, the display will flash. Set desired time (12hr format) using the number pad and press the Clock button to confirm.
  • Child safety lock: To set, open door, press Clear, then press '0'. Press Start 5 times. 'Loc' will display. To cancel, repeat the procedure.
  • Microwave cooking: Select time and power level (10 levels from 80W to 800W). Press Start. The oven defaults to 800W.
  • Multi-stage cooking: Set time and power for stage 1, then time and power for stage 2, and optionally stage 3 before pressing Start.
  • Manual Defrosting: Use 160W power. Select time and power. For dense foods over 450g, briefly use 800W then reduce to 160W.
  • Auto Defrost: Select Poultry, Meat, or Fish, then enter the weight.
  • Auto Programmes: Select from Pizza, Beverage, Potato, Popcorn, Hold Warm, or Reheat Plated meals. Follow on-screen prompts.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Checks:
If the oven does not start: Check that the appliance is connected to the mains.
Check that the plug is pushed in properly.
If appropriate, replace the fuse in the plug by another of the same rating and check that the plug is wired correctly.
Check that any switch, at the wall socket or elsewhere in the circuit, is ON.
Check that the wall socket is working by plugging in something else that you know is working.
Check the fuse in the fuse-box.
If the microwaves are not operating: The child security feature might have been set (available on some models).
Check that the controls have been set correctly.
Check the adjustments/procedures by referring to the instruction manual.
Check that the door is closed properly. (If particles of food or other things remain stuck in the doorway, the door will not close correctly and the microwave oven will not operate.)
Check that the Start button is activated.
