- Water Connection: Connect to adequate filtered potable water and a waste water disposal system. Installation must comply with AS/NZS 3500.5. Plumbing must be done by authorized persons.
- Electrical and Gas Connection: Comply with rating plate data. Use a dedicated, earthed power source with isolation switch. Follow AS/NZS 60335.1 and AS/NZS 5601. Electrical/gas work by authorized persons. Power cable must be dry.
- Filtration System: Select the correct water filtration system based on Chloride (Cl) and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) tests. High readings may require a Reverse Osmosis Unit or BWT Unit. Contact Stoddart if unsure.
- Positioning: Install under an extraction canopy meeting AS 1668.2. Maintain minimum clearances (500mm from heat source, 300mm from non-heat source) for access and component protection. Ensure the oven is level using a spirit level.
- Drainage Connection: Connect the supplied drain kit. Modifications must withstand 100°C. Plumb to a tundish with minimum 300mm clearance from the oven waste outlet, not directly below. Waste pipe must sit 25mm above the tundish. Secure the waste pipe.
- Detergent Tray: Connect and slide the detergent tray into place. It is split for rinse aid (blue) and oven cleaner (red).
- Oven Cleaner Connection: Connect rinse aid (blue) and oven cleaner (red) hoses to the oven and bottles.
- Water Connection (Detailed): Water connections are labelled on the service panel. Install an isolation valve. CWI-1 requires filtered water (150-350 kPa, 10-20 LPM). CWI-2 requires unfiltered water (150-350 kPa, 10-20 LPM). Refer to filter installation guides.
- Electric Oven - Power: Wire to the electrical supply by a licensed technician (AS/NZS 60335.1). Use an isolation switch. Wire to terminal and re-install service panel.
- Gas Oven - Power: Connect to gas supply by a licensed technician (AS/NZS 5601). Use an isolation valve. Connect gas line to the underside connection. Contact Stoddart for gas setting adjustment. Electrical connection via a 10Amp plug and lead.
