Troubleshooting and error codes

Phone does not turn on Battery is completely discharged. Connect the charger and allow the battery to charge for a few minutes before turning on the device.

Unable to connect to network Flight mode is activated. Turn off Flight mode in the Quick settings panel.

Screen lock issues Incorrect pattern, PIN, or password. Ensure you are entering the correct unlock code. Remember your chosen pattern, PIN, or password. For Face Unlock, ensure you have first unlocked with the set pattern, PIN, or password after restarting.
Face recognition not working Poor lighting conditions, dirty camera lens, or blurry image. Ensure good lighting, a clean camera lens, and a clear picture when registering your face.
