Warranty Information

The Doro Leva L10 comes with a 24-month warranty.

Getting Started

Remove the screen protector. Unbox the phone and check included items. Familiarize yourself with functions. Charge the phone fully before first use. Insert SIM card, memory card (optional), and battery. Turn the phone on/off by pressing and holding the red button.

Basic Operations

  • Navigation: Use navigation keys to move and the OK button to select.
  • Calls: Make calls by dialing numbers or from the contacts list. Answer calls by pressing the green button.
  • Contacts: Add and manage contacts. Create ICE (In Case of Emergency) entries.
  • Messages: Create and send text (SMS) and picture (MMS) messages.
  • Assistance: Set up and use the Assistance button for emergency calls and messages to pre-defined Helpers.
  • Camera: Take photos.

Important Notes

Use compatible accessories. Check data service rates with your provider. The phone may feel warm during extended operation; this is normal.
