Placing a Call

Lift the receiver, press the headset button, or press the speakerphone button. Then dial the number.

Answering a Call

Lift the receiver, or press the headset or speakerphone button.

Placing a Call on Hold

Press the Hold soft key or ## while on an active call.

Retrieving a Held Call

Press the Resume soft key or ## to retrieve a held call.

Starting a Conference Call

While on an active call, press the Conference soft key, dial the extension of the other party, and then press ## to merge the calls.

Transferring a Call

For Warm Transfer: Press Transfer, dial the number, and confirm the transfer. For Blind Transfer: Press Transfer, press Blind, dial the extension. For Voicemail Transfer: Press Transfer, press Blind, dial *0 plus the voicemail extension.

Parking a Call

Press Park soft key, listen for confirmation and park location. Or press ##*3. Note the park location.

Retrieving a Parked Call

Press * followed by the park location.

Paging

Press *84, then follow the prompt.

Initiating an Intercom Call

Press *85, then follow the prompt.

Recording a Call

While on an active call, press *9 to start and end the recording.

Hot Desking

Press Login soft key, enter extension and voicemail pin, then press #.
