  • Setting the Clock: Use the 'TIME' button to set the current time in 12 or 24-hour format.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Feeder Blockage
  • Lift the hopper out of the base unit.
  • Rotate feeding mechanism by hand until food is moving freely again.
  • Consider replacing batteries and using a different feed less prone to blockage.
  • Reassemble and press 'TIME' to stop display flashing.
Display Non-responsive
  • Wait 3 minutes before pressing any buttons.
  • If unresponsive, remove batteries for 5 minutes, then replace and re-programme.
