Recording Images
1. Enter Record Mode by sliding the function switch to REC.
2. Set the dial for normal recording.
3. Turn on the camera by sliding the POWER switch.
4. Set the NORMAL/MACRO switch to NORMAL (or MACRO for close-ups).
5. Press the F•N•E button to select the desired resolution (FINE, NORMAL, or ECONOMY).
6. Compose the image on the LCD and press the shutter button lightly to avoid movement.
Playing Back Images
1. Enter Playback Mode by sliding the function switch to PLAY.
2. Scroll through images using the [+] and [-] buttons.
3. Press the DISP button to cycle through display information (page number, date/time, etc.).
4. Use the MENU button for advanced playback options like Multi-Page Display, Zoom, Rotating, Filtering, Mixing, Auto Play, Folders, and Image Protection.
Connecting to Other Devices
1. Use the VIDEO OUT terminal with the special video cable to connect to TVs or video tape decks.
2. Use the DIGITAL terminal with the appropriate cable/kit to connect to PCs, other CASIO digital cameras, or a QV Color Printer.
3. Ensure all devices are powered off before connecting.
