The Canon LEGRIA HF G25 is a high-performance camcorder with a compact size. It features HD recording with a 1/3-type CMOS sensor and DIGIC DV III processor for excellent low-light performance and wide dynamic range. The camcorder has a 30.4mm wide-angle lens with a minimum object distance of 60cm, and an 8-bladed iris for blurred background effects. It offers CINEMA mode and cinema-look filters for a cinematic feel. Operability includes manual controls like a focus ring and customizable buttons, face detection for automatic focus, and relay/double slot recording for uninterrupted shooting. Other features include audio scene selection, Smart AUTO for automatic scene optimization, a 100% frame coverage LCD screen and viewfinder, and touch AE for exposure adjustment. The camcorder also supports two types of video scopes, conversion to standard definition, and Story Creator mode.
