Troubleshooting and error codes

2 Capacity of external PoE device is insufficient to support operation of the camera's window defroster. (Note: MIC IP fusion 9000i only.) Incorrect PoE type or insufficient power output.
3 Capacity of external PoE device is insufficient to support operation of the camera's internal heater. Incorrect PoE+ or PoE++ type or insufficient power output.
4 Capacity of the external PoE device is insufficient to support operation of the camera's window defroster. (Note: MIC IP fusion 9000i only.) Incorrect PoE+ or PoE++ type or insufficient power output.
5 Insufficient voltage from external High PoE power source when using redundant sources. Verify High PoE output power, network cable length, and midspan LEDs.
6 Insufficient voltage from external 24 VAC power source when using redundant sources. Verify 24 VAC source capacity, wire gauge, and voltage at camera.
7 Ambient temperature below camera specification. Verify ambient temperature is not below -40 °C (-40 °F).
8 Ambient temperature above camera specification. Verify ambient temperature is not above +65 °C (+149 °F), check fan diagnostics, consider sunshield.
9 Camera subjected to high shock; mechanical damage may exist. Inspect mechanical parts, fasteners, and contact service if damage is evident.
10 High humidity level inside housing; seal integrity may be compromised. Inspect window, fasteners, seals, and contact service if issues are found.
11 Wiper operation halted due to obstruction. Remove obstruction, melt ice buildup if present, or temporarily avoid wiper operation.
12 Left and Right Pan Limits set too close. Re-configure limits to be at least 10° apart.
13** Autofocus turned off due to excessive activity. Increase scene lighting or use manual/one-push focus.
14** Washer operation attempted without stored pre-position. Configure washer pre-position.
15 Attempted to move to a pre-position mapped to an alternate function. Select a different pre-position or re-configure assignment.
16** Motorized zoom used excessively in Playback Tour. Decrease zoom activity to less than 30% during recording.
17 Motor operation halted due to obstruction. Remove obstruction, check heater diagnostics for ice buildup, or temporarily avoid pan/tilt.

23 Internal error occurred (video screen turns blue during recovery). Verify power source, earth ground connection, and contact service if problem persists.
