Winding: Lift the hinged winding key and wind up the motor fully by turning the key clockwise. Do not wind further after the check.

Opening the Camera: Lift the hinged semicircular ring on the camera lid and turn it left.

Loading Film: Place the full spool in your right hand, film coming loose. Slip the film end into a slit on the empty spool held in your left hand. Wind 2-3 turns onto the take-up spool. Unwind about 6 inches of film. Insert the film into the gate, guiding with your left index finger. Slip the take-up spool onto its spindle. Check film tightness by hand and run motor briefly to ensure correct film movement. Close the lid.

Operation: Intermittent running (press release button) for single shots. Continuous running (press button and turn milled wheel) for lengthy shots or self-filming. Use cable release for specific effects.
