Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The unit does not switch on
  • Make sure it is plugged in.
  • Press STANDBY/ON button.
I have no sound
  • Press VOLUME - / + button.
  • Ensure correct source is selected and outputting audio.
  • Check AV connections.
  • Verify correct source (input) is selected (LED indicators).
  • Check if mute is activated (LEDs flash).
  • Ensure input source is PCM output.
Cannot setup Bluetooth pairing
  • Reset Bluetooth connection on device and soundbar.
  • Try selecting other SOURCE then back to BT mode.
The remote control doesn't work
  • Replace remote battery (CR2025).
  • Ensure nothing is blocking the remote sensor on the soundbar.
