Preparing the machine:

  1. Connect hoses tightly.
  2. Plug in the machine.
  3. Turn the tap on completely.
  4. Place laundry in the machine.
  5. Add detergent and fabric softener.

Programme Selection:

Choose the suitable programme based on fabric type, quantity, soiling degree, and temperature. Refer to the "Programme and consumption table" and temperature table.

Main Programmes:

  • Cottons: For cotton laundry (bed sheets, towels, etc.), washes vigorously for a longer cycle.
  • Synthetics: For synthetic clothes (shirts, blouses), gentle action, shorter cycle.
  • Woollens: For woolen clothes, use appropriate temperature and detergents.

Additional Programmes:

  • Cotton Economic: Saves energy and water.
  • Delicate: Gentle action without interim spin.
  • Hand wash: For woolens/delicates labeled "not machine-washable".
  • Mini: For lightly soiled cottons, quick wash.
  • Prewash-Cottons: For heavily soiled cottons.

Special Programmes:

  • Rinse: For rinsing or starching separately.
  • Spin + Drain: For an additional spin cycle or to drain water.

After selecting a programme, press Start/Pause to begin. The programme follow-up indicator will show the status.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause & Solution
Program does not start after closing the door. Start/Pause button was not pressed. Press the Start/Pause button.
Programme cannot be started or selected. Machine is in self-protection mode due to supply issues. Cancel the programme by selecting another one.
Water in the machine. Residual water from quality control. This is not harmful.
Machine vibrates or makes noise.
  • Not level: Adjust feet.
  • Hard substance in pump filter: Clean filter.
  • Transportation bolts not removed: Remove them.
  • Too little laundry: Add more laundry.
  • Overloaded: Remove some laundry or distribute load evenly.
  • Leaning on rigid item: Ensure it's not leaning.
Machine stopped shortly after the programme started. Temporary low voltage. It will resume when voltage normalizes.
Programme time does not countdown (with display).
  • Timer may stop during water intake: Machine waits for sufficient water.
  • Timer may stop during heating step: Machine waits to reach temperature.
  • Timer may stop during spinning step: Unbalanced load detection system activated. Rearrange laundry and re-spin.
Foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer. Too much detergent used. Mix 1 tbsp softener with ½ L water and pour into the main wash compartment. Use recommended detergent amounts.
Laundry remains wet at the end of the programme. Excessive foam activated foam absorption system. Use recommended detergent amount. If laundry is not evenly distributed, machine may not spin. Rearrange and re-spin.
