Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Steam comes out during oven operation. | This is normal during operation. | This is not a fault. |
| Water droplets occur during cooking. | The steam generated during cooking condenses when it comes into contact with cold surfaces outside the product. | This is not a fault. |
| Metallic noises are heard during heating up and cooling down of the product. | Metal parts expand during heating and make noises. | This is not a fault. |
| The product does not function. | Fuse may be defective or blown. | Check the fuses in the fuse box. If necessary, replace or reactivate them. |
| The appliance is not plugged into a (grounded) socket. | Check if the appliance is plugged into the socket. | |
| (If your device has a timer) The buttons on the control panel do not work. | If your product has a key lock function, it may be activated. Deactivate the key lock. | |
| Oven light is not on. | The oven lamp may be defective. | Replace the oven lamp. |
| No power. | Ensure the power supply is ready and check the fuses in the fuse box. Replace or reactivate fuses if necessary. | |
| The oven does not heat up. | The oven may not be set to a specific cooking function and/or temperature. | Set the oven to a specific cooking function and/or temperature. |
| On models with a timer, the time is not set. | Set the time. | |
| No power. | Ensure the power supply is ready and check the fuses in the fuse box. Replace or reactivate fuses if necessary. | |
