Warranty Information

The standard guarantee is for twelve (12) months unless Beko plc agrees to extend it in writing.

1. Preparation: Ensure laundry is suitable for drying, check garment tags, and prepare laundry by emptying pockets, fastening zippers, and turning garments with metal accessories inside out. Sort laundry by type and thickness. Spin laundry at the highest speed possible.
2. Loading: Open the loading door, place laundry inside without jamming, and push the door closed.
3. Program Selection: Turn the On/Off/Programme selection knob to turn on the machine and select the desired program. Press the Start/Pause button to begin.
4. During Operation: Avoid opening the door unless necessary. If adding or removing laundry, press Start/Pause to enter stand-by mode, then open and close the door, and press Start/Pause again.
5. Cancelling/Changing Program: Turn the On/Off/Cancel knob to cancel. To change a program, turn the knob to select the new program and press Start/Pause.
6. End of Program: The machine will signal the end. Remove laundry promptly to prevent wrinkling. Turn the machine off by turning the knob to the Off position.
7. Maintenance: Clean the lint filter after each use, clean the sensors, drain the water tank, and clean the condenser periodically.

Troubleshooting and error codes
