  • Ensure detergent dispenser is filled just before operation.
  • Add salt and rinse aid as indicated by the indicators.
  • Select appropriate wash programme based on soil level and desired outcome.
  • Open door carefully after cycle to allow steam to escape.
  • Unload lower basket first, then upper basket.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Machine does not start Power cable unplugged Check if power cable is plugged in.
Fuse is blown Check fuses in your house.
Water is cut Make sure the water inlet tap is open.

Baskets are overloaded Do not overload baskets beyond their capacity.
Detergent stored under unsuitable conditions Store powder detergent in a closed container in a dry place. Consider tablet detergents.
Detergent is not sufficient Adjust detergent amount based on soil degree. Tablet detergents are recommended for optimum results.
Rinse aid is not sufficient Check rinse aid indicator and add rinse aid. Adjust rinse aid setting if necessary.
